  • How can I avail a loan?

    You can get a loan if:
    a. You are an Indian citizen, age 21 to 55 years old and have a valid identification and current address proof
    b. Your mobile phone number should be active
    c. You have to download our Robocash app and apply online

  • What documents do I need to present?

    You need one identity proof and one address proof document such as PAN (only of Id), Passport, Driving License, Voter's Id etc. For any support you can call us at 022 6831 5555

  • How much can I borrow?

    We offer loans of between INR 1,000 upto INR 25,000 *, depending on your gross monthly income. For new customers the loan amount is maximum of Rs 5000. T & C apply.

  • When can I apply?

    You can apply anytime on our website or android app.

  • Is it difficult to get the loan?

    It's simple three step process. All you have to do is complete the online application and provide minimum personal data and employment data, specify the loan amount. Then sign the contract through the code you obtain through SMS, click and upload photo of your documents and Robocash will transfer the loan amount to you immediately once the credit decision is done.

  • My application has been approved. When can I receive the money?

    The requested loan amount disbursed immediately after the credit decision process is completed at our end. Normally you should get the money in your bank account immediately. In case of delay please call our customer support.

  • Can you give me another Loan?

    Robocash establishes an individual limit for each client. You can certainly apply for another loan if the cumulative outstanding falls within the limit we have set for you, as long as you do not have past due payments on previous loans.

  • Will the limit of my subsequent loans be increased?

    ‘Robocash’ automatically increases the loan limits immediately after the repayment of an existing loan. Effectively, you become eligible for a larger loan immediately after you repay your outstanding loan amount. Limit increases only if the running loan is closed after 10 days of being sanctioned. Loan closed within 10 days of sanctioning does not qualify for limit enhancement.

  • How can I find out if my application has been approved?

    All information relevant to you is available in your online account. You will get a confirmation mail and SMS indicating the approval.

  • I have entered incorrect bank details. What I can do now?

    Unfortunately, in this case you will not receive the money. The money sent will be returned to Robocash within 2 weeks. After that, the loan will be cancelled without interest. You can make a new application, indicating the correct bank details. Please check your personal information carefully before you tap enter ! Call our customer Support and we will be happy to help.

  • What should I do if I do not receive Robocash messages?

    Try restarting your phone. If you still do not receive the messages, check your memory. If it is not enough, clear some space by deleting unnecessary text messages. Check your account balance and SMS service settings. After performing all these actions, request us, on the website, to resend an SMS. If you still do not receive the messages, write to support@robocash.in indicating the problem, your mobile number and also specify the telephone carrier service.

  • Can I prepay the loan?

    You are free to prepay the loan at any time you deem fit.

  • Is it possible to cancel the application?

    You can review and cancel you application until you sign the contract. After you sign, the money is sent out to you immediately. In such cases, the best you can do is repay the loan early with minimal interest. You can check how much is repayable with the customer service executives at robocash.in or in your personal account.

  • What if I cannot pay back my loan on time?

    Do not worry. Simply extend the contract, paying the interest accrued. You can undertake this procedure by logging in to your account and then clicking on the "Extend loan" option.

  • Is it possible to repay the loan in cash?

    We do not accept payments in Cash now. You will have to go to Robocash’s web page (robocash.in) and log in to you account and make the payment online.

  • What if I have been denied the loan?

    If you are of legal age and have always made credit payments on time, there may have been an error. Try once more.Fill out the application again and submit it. The more personal data you produce, the greater the chance that your application being approved. You can call our Customer Service for more details

  • How to extend the deadline?

    On the stipulated day you have to enter the web page robocash.in to the section of your personal account. Within the list of                  "Active loans" you have to choose the one you want to repay or extend. When you give the corresponding button you will be offered a list of the methods of repayment of the debt. Click on the "bank card" option and proceed to the payment.   • How can I pay the debt with the bank card?

    In the web page robocash.in print the formalized payment order automatically. With this document you can make the payment at any nearby bank. Important: transfers sometimes take about 5 days. To avoid inconvenience, send the proof of payment with the payment date to the address support@robocash.in This will allow you to avoid delays.
