  • How can I avail a loan?

    You can get a loan if:
    a. You are an Indian citizen, age 21 to 60 years old and have a valid identification and current address proof
    b. Your mobile phone number should be active
    c. You can apply on www.robocash.in or download our app 'Robocash' from playstore

  • What documents do I need to present?

    You would need following set of documents to apply for Loan: 1. Photo ID proof : PAN card mandatory 2. Address Proof: Your address proof document should match with the address where you are currently residing. - Telephone Bill /Electricity Bill / Bank Statement showing address / Drivers License / Voters ID proof / Passport

  • How much can I borrow?

    We offer loans of between INR 1,000 upto INR 25,000 *, depending on your gross monthly income. For new customers the loan amount is maximum of Rs 5000. T & C apply.

  • When can I apply?

    You can apply 24/7 anytime. You can download our app OR you can apply from our website.

  • Is it difficult to get the loan?

    No, it is very easy to apply for a loan. You can get loan in 3 simple steps: 1. Download the app from Play store 2. Fill the application and sign the agreement via OTP 3. Click the photograph of your documents and upload

  • My application has been approved. When can I receive the money?

    The requested loan amount disbursed immediately after the credit decision process is completed at our end. Normally you should get the money in your bank account immediately. In case of delay please call our customer support.

  • Can I take repeat loan? Do I have to upload documents again?

    You can take repeat loan anytime once your existing loan is closed. Simply log in to your cabinet and just confirm your account details again. Your loan amount will be credited into your account instantly. There is no need to upload any document as your data is already stored with us.

  • Will the limit of my subsequent loans be increased?

    Robocash’ automatically increases the loan limit immediately after the timely repayment of an existing loan. Limit increases only if the running loan is closed after 10 days of being sanctioned and on OR before the due date.

  • How can I find out if my application has been approved?

    You can check the status of your application in your Robocash Loan account. You will get a mail and SMS on the status of your application

  • I have entered incorrect bank details. What I can do now?

    Unfortunately, in this case you will not receive the money. Please inform our customer Support and we will be happy to help.

  • What should I do if I do not receive Robocash messages?

    Try restarting your phone. If you still do not receive the messages, check your memory. If it is not enough, clear some space by deleting unnecessary text messages. Check your account balance and SMS service settings. After performing all these actions, request us, on the website, to resend an SMS. If you still do not receive the messages, write to support@robocash.in indicating the problem, your mobile number and also specify the telephone carrier service.

  • Can I pay the loan before my due date?

    Yes you can make a payment anytime before your due date. The interest is charged for the no of days you have availed the loan.

  • Is it possible to cancel the application?

    Yes, you can cancel your application until you sign the contract by logging into your Robocash account. If you want to cancel the application after submission of your documents, please call OR write to us and we will be happy to help.

  • What will happen if I am unable to make a payment on due date?

    At Robocash , we understand that sometimes you might be in a situation where you are unable to make a payment on due date. Robocash gives you the option to extend the tenure of the loan. Simply log in to your cabinet and click on Extend Loan. You will have the option to extend your loan for 7 days / 14 or 30 days. You would need to accept the agreement via OTP that you would receive on your registered number. You would need to pay assigned charges for the extensions.   • Can I make a payment in cash?

    .: We do not accept payments in Cash now. If for any reason your online transfers are not successful then we advise you to make a cash deposit in our Kotak bank account. Please call our support numbers for more details

  • What if I have been denied the loan?

    Do not worry , you can re apply after 30 days.

  • How will I make a payment?

    We have made the entire payment experience as user friendly as possible. There are 2 ways you can repay the Loan: Log in to you cabinet, click on repay and the system will direct towards a payment page. 1. You can pay via our payment aggregator PAYU through your Debit card / Net banking or UPI 2. You can also pay online by adding our bank account as beneficiary.   • How can I Extend my Loan?

    Simply log in to your cabinet and click on Extend Loan. You will have the option to extend your loan for 7 days / 14 or 30 days. You would need to accept the agreement via OTP that you would receive on your registered number. You would need to pay assigned charges for the extensions. To know further please call our Support Desk. Once your payment is successful! You would receive an intimation about your New selected Due Date.

  • Can I make a payment in cash?

  • What if I have made the payment but my account is still showing outstanding?

    If for some reason your payment is not reflecting in your account, then please share the payment screen shot at support@robocash.in. We would check internally and will post your payment. You can also reach out to us at 022 68315555 (9.30 am to 6:00 pm) Monday to Friday.

  • Can I make a part payment?

    Yes you can make a part payment of your loan. Please log in your cabinet and click on ‘Part Payment ‘The system will trigger you to make a payment. While doing so please remember that the interest will be charged on the remaining amount. To know more please call on our support numbers.

  • How fast can I get Next loan ?

    Once you close your existing loan, your Next loan is just a click away. All you have to do is log in to your cabinet and Click on New loan and re confirm your bank details. That’s it, the credit will happen instantly.

  • What is the "Robocash" service?

    It is the first and only fully automated on-line service. Grant the loans at any time of the day.
